This document presents the English version of the final scientific report of the project AgirE (the translation of the chapters originally written in French has been realized under the responsibility of the Group ALPHA). The report presents a summary of the project and a synthesis of the theoretical and empirical studies developed by the participants to the project and concerning a better anticipation of restructuring in Europe.
The report is split in four successive parts in order to facilitate its consultation and upload.
